We have prepared this Privacy Policy to describe our practices regarding the Personal Information we collect from users of our website located at http://www.mixedrealms.com and video games. We respect your privacy, value our relationship with you, and want you to have fun using our products. This Privacy Policy is meant to help you understand what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can update, manage, export, and delete your information.

What data do we collect?

Mixed Realms temporarily collects only the minimum that which is required to ensure platform account authentication and/or multiplayer integrity on the platforms that our games exist on. For the latter, this would be limited to player IDs in the context of distinguishing themselves from other players in multiplayer sessions, or for displaying friends list. We do not knowingly collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information beyond this.

What data do we collect?

All data is processed locally on your device or passed to a regional relay servers for the sole purpose of keeping a session running for all players in the same session. In both cases, the data is transient and is purged when the session ends.

Why do we process this data?

Processing of your player ID is necessary for authentication purposes with various platforms like Steam or Meta, or for multiplayer functionality such as playing with friends.

How is the data generated, stored and used in our games?

Sairento VR, Sairento VR Untethered, Hellsweeper VR – We use the player's username for platform authentication and/or for friends list from the Oculus/Meta SDK only for multiplayer purposes, or for logging into the platform account to verify and restore in-app purchases. No other personally identifiable information is used. Your save file is stored locally on the device. Additionally, save files for games on Steam are also backed up to Steam Cloud

How can the data be deleted?

Sairento VR, Sairento VR : Untethered, Hellsweeper VR, Gordian Quest, 13Z – When uninstalled from a headset, the game's local save data will be deleted automatically. If the game was purchased on Steam, the save data will also be stored on the local device and on the Steam Cloud. You can delete the save folder for each game at the following path %APPDATA%\..\LocalLow\MixedRealms\

Children Under 13

Our website and video games are not directed to children under the age of 13, without the consent of a parent or guardian and children under the age of 13 are not eligible to use them. Protecting the privacy of children is very important to us. We do not intentionally gather personal information from visitors who are under the age of 13. If you believe that we might have any personal information from a child under 13, or a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child under the age of 13 has provided us with information without his or her consent, please contact us at info@mixedrealms.com, and we will delete such information from our files as soon as reasonably practicable.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here and we will change the “Last Updated” date above. You should consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes
